To run the operations desk on behalf of a contractor, we collect and store information about that contractor’s customers and jobs, including:

- Job details, requested service, and notes captured at intake
- Appointment times and crew assignments
- Booking, deposit, invoice, and payment status
This information is collected and processed solely to provide the booking, payment, and communication features of the service to the contractor whose account it belongs to.
Owner, Crew, and User Data
For the contractor owners and crew members who use our platform, we collect:
- Name, email address, phone number, and profile photo (if provided)
- Business name, services offered, hours, and service area
- Escalation and on-call rules you configure
- Login and account activity
Payment Data
Deposits and invoice payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our systems; we retain only the transaction records (amount, status, and reference) needed to show you who has paid.
